Charlotte & Malcolm – Walton Hall – 19th May 2012

Following the very calm bridal preparations we drove the short journey along the road to meet up with Malcolm at St Lukes, before Charlotte’s slightly late arrival.

A select number of family photos photos had been requested outside church before the guests headed off for Walton Hall. The Church was beautiful inside (and warm) so we stayed behind after the guest’s departure in order to take some stunning window and alter shots.

On arrival at Walton Hall the weather was fine but a cool breeze kept most guests watching the proceedings from the warmth of the library. Accommodating guests meant the formal pictures were completed in good time, which afforded the happy couple a little extra time for the fun stuff.

The wedding car had now long gone, so we all jumped into our vehicle and headed off to make the most of the fabulous Reap seed fields. Unfortunately the previous rainy days before had made the ground underfoot just a tad muddy, but this didn’t stop our bride!  Jumping over streams and climbing walls to get these fab pictures were all part of the fun.

We return outdoors early evening to shoot the stunning off camera flash. Although it was now chilly it was a breath of fresh air for Charlotte and Malcolm who had just feasted on great meal. (We know because we were served the same).

Charlotte and Malcolm took to the floor for their first dance together. Charlotte then followed this with a dance with her dad which was so emotional – everyone rushing for the hankies.

A fabulous honeymoon was next on the agenda , so when they returned for their post wedding shoot both were sporting a fabulous tan…
