The 800 year old, All Hallows Church, nested in the village of Kirkburton was the setting for the wedding of Nicola & Frank today.
We were made very welcomed when we arrived at Nicola’s parents’ home. Everyone was calm, happy and organised; we even had time to enjoy coffee and home-made cakes!
With everyone ready and looking fab, it was time to make the short journey to church. Bridesmaids were ready and waiting for Nicola as she arrived in a stunning classic white Rolls Royce.
After a lovely ceremony and photos in the church garden, we headed off to Crow Hill Country House in Marsden. The journey was quite a long one, but the chauffer took the scenic route, giving Nicola & Frank plenty of time to sip their champagne and have a little time together.
The weather was holding out, so after a quick chat to their guests we proceeded with their personal photography time. We were still having fun as we finished the family formals, the guests were now been ushered into the marquee so the wedding breakfast could begin.
After a lovely meal, it was time for the boys to do their stuff... the speeches were very poignant, funny and entertaining, and just as we expected our lovely bride Nicola also took to the microphone! A great speech from the best man had every one rolling around laughing; photos of the groom on a slideshow are always a crowd pleaser!
Cake cutting and a choreographed first danced rounded off a beautiful day.
