The beautiful Saddleworth Hotel was the setting for Emma & Dean’s wedding today.
A very brave decision had been made by our bride and groom… the ceremony was going to be held outside in the gardens! I have never checked the Accu weather app as much in one week! The clouds rolled in and rolled out, the sun shone and the sun disappeared, but it didn’t rain, so as planned the open air ceremony went ahead under the magnificent sandstone gazebo.
With plenty of time scheduled for photography, the guests were able to enjoy the canapés and champagne whilst we spend some quality time with Emma & Dean. Emma was a natural in front of the camera and dare I say it… so was Dean!
The ballroom looked immaculate; the magnificent pink, lilac and cream floral centrepieces on the tables, each with their own sparkling crystals and pearls were stunning. Emma’s attention to detail was a credit to her.
Soon it was time to introduce the Bride and Groom to their seated guests, and time for dinner to begin. After a fabulous meal it was time for the speeches, and today we had two best men – Wayne & Andrew; who between them didn’t spare the blushes of Dean…
The Saddleworth is set in a fantastic elevated position, so with the sun now setting on what has been a truly fantastic day for Emma & Dean we nipped out to capture their final shots, well almost final, we still had the first dance…
We would like to thank all the staff at The Saddleworth for helping to make Emma & Dean’s day perfect, and for looking after us so well.
