Terms of BusinessBookings
A provisional advanced booking can be made for any time or date (subject to availability), but can only be accepted as confirmed upon receipt of a paid deposit.
We will hold provisional bookings for a period of 7 days before re-releasing the date
.
Confirmation
Advanced bookings can only be confirmed with a paid deposit of 20% of package cost
Payments
50% of your selected package is payable 60 days from your wedding date.
Cheques should be made payable to Gary Gough
Final Balance
The final balance is payable 30 days from your wedding date.
Reprints; Albums and other products
A 50% deposit for reprints, albums and other products is payable at the time of ordering with the remaining final balance payable on collection.
Delivery
We do not operate a delivery service as standard, due to the breakages that arise through couriers. All our products are collected from the studio after our customers have inspected the goods.
Refund/Return Policy
All our work is checked personally by customers at the studio at the time of collection, but should there any problems then we operate a 14 day money back guarantee.
Cancellations before wedding date
Deposits will be refunded in full when 6 months or more calendar months notice to cancel is given in writing.
The following terms apply to cancellations inside 26 calendar weeks:26-20 weeks 50% refund due
20-16 weeks 25% refund due
Less than 16 weeks 0% refund due and a charge 50% of package price booked are due.We will however give a full refund and wave any charges if your cancelled date is filled with another booking
Force Majeure
In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond our control, our liability shall be limited to a full refund of monies paid.

Copyright, Designs & Patents Act 1988
The 1988 copyright act assigns full copyright to Gary Gough. Reproduction or copying of any images or digital files or other published material, either in whole or in part, by any persons or means without a necessary licence to do so, is strictly prohibited under the terms of the act. Third party licences can be obtained from the copyright owner.
Red5 Studios retains the right to display material in any media (printed press, television, digital, internet and marketing strategies) for the promotion of Red5 Studios.
Data Protection
Red 5 Studios does not store any financial information on our website or customer database. Any information that is held is strictly confidential and is not made available to any other agency or organisation outside of Red 5 Studios.
Creative Licence
Red5 Studios shall be granted free creative licence in relation to locations, posses used and judgement on photographic style and the number of photographs taken.

Exclusivity
Red5 Studios shall be the sole professional photographer at the venues specified. We do however; positively encourage family and friends to take photographs throughout the day.
